新型纳米电子材料的特性、发展及应用

摘要

纳米电子材料是新材料的一个重要组成部分。从纳米材料具有的优越性能出发，介绍了一些国际上利用纳米技术生产的纳米电子功能器件。纳米碳管是一种新型的纳米电子材料，简要介绍了纳米碳管的结构特征、制备以及最新应用和发展前景。同时对我国在纳米电子方面的发展进行了展望。

Abstract

Nano electric material is an important part in new materials．Introduce some nano electric functional devices，which are produced by advanced international nanotechnologies from advantages properties of hallo material．Carbon nanotube is a new nano electric material，so we introduce its structure、preparation and apply．At the same time，look forward the future of our country in this field．
