SiC/Al2O3预制件的制备和性能的研究

摘 要: 制备SiC/ Al2O3预制件,分析了SiC颗粒大小和粗Al2O3颗粒对预制件硬度和开孔隙率的影响。结果表明,影响预制件的质量的因素很多。对于纯SiC预制件而言,SiC颗粒越粗,预制件硬度越大,开孔隙率越大。粗Al2O3颗粒的加入增加了SiC预制件的硬度,SiC颗粒越粗,预制件硬度越低,开孔隙率越大。

Study on the Fabrication and Properties of SiC/Al2O3 Preforms

Abstract: The SiC/ Al2O3 preforms were fabricated. The effect exerted on the hardness and open pores ratio of preforms by coarse and fine SiC particles and the addition of Al2O3 particles was analyzed. The results showed there are a lot of elements which effect the quality of preforms. As for pure SiC preforms , the coarser of the SiC particles, the higher of the hardness of preforms and the higher of the open pores ratio. The addition of Al2O3 particles improves the hardness of SiC preforms, the coarser of the SiC particles, the lower of the hardness of preforms and the higher of the open pores ratio.
