活性染料印花用增稠剂的合成

摘要:本文研究增稠剂的合成过程中原料使用的量和反应体系的相关因素,得出以下结论:乳化剂浓度低分散效果差,易产生凝聚而结成块状产物,乳化剂浓度高,产物平均粒径小。单体浓度增加,聚合速率加快,体系粘度增大,单体浓度达到一定程度,若继续增大,由于聚合热不易分散,反应不易控制,甚至会引起爆聚。PH低会降低乳化体系的稳定性,甚至无法乳化,最终形成水包油。随着引发剂用量增加,增稠剂黏度增大。另一方面,引发剂用量增加,反应加剧,链转移也会导致聚合物交联密度增大,从而使黏度下降。白浆打开程度在一定范围内,随TX-10的升高而减少。聚合物的增稠性能对温度的变化非常敏感。温度过低,会导致反应速率和反应活性的下降,温度过高,反应剧烈,易生成大颗粒固体并引起暴聚生成块状的粘性物质。
