竹子的碳化及在家居材料中的应用研究

摘 要:现今社会,环境保护被提到了一个空前的高度,而我们的经济建设也依旧处在高速发展的过程中。大量能源及材料的过度使用使得生态平衡遭到了极大的破坏,而竹子这个材料生长快,适用于大多数气候和土壤条件,其性状优于多数幼龄速生木材。因此竹子是一种合适的替代材料,它的广泛使用就很好的适应了时代发展的需要。但是,以往对于竹子的运用是简单的,不规范的,有较少技术指标的,因此竹子的很多性能都难以得到很好的体现。

本文对竹筷的生产流程做了详细的介绍,并对其生产工艺中的碳化定色技术、真空碳化竹缩水率、防腐防弯曲进行深入分析。通过深入筷子生产厂家进行实地考察,以及相应的实验研究,得出了碳化定色技术所需要的温度、压强等外界条件,真空碳化的竹缩水率及防腐防弯曲性质,多角度了解到竹子在家居建筑中的应用。希望今后竹制品质量可以越来越好,能够为节约环保型社会的建设发挥更大的作用。

Abstract: Nowadays, environmental protection has been referred to an unprecedented height, and our economic development is also still in the process of rapid development. In many cases , there are some contradiction between them. The excessive using of energy and materials makes the ecological balance has been a great deal of damage, while bamboo has fast-growing, this material is suitable for most of the climate and soil conditions, and its characters is better than most young and fast growing wood. So bamboo is a suitable alternative material, it’s widely used on well adapted to the needs of the times. However, in the past for the use of bamboo is simple, not standardized, there are fewer technical indicators, therefore, many properties of bamboo is difficult to be well represented.

In this paper, the production process of bamboo chopsticks made a detailed introduction, and its production process in the carbon fixed color technology, vacuum carbonized bamboo shrinkage, corrosion-depth analysis of anti-bend. Chopsticks manufacturers through in-depth site visits, and the corresponding experimental study, obtained by carbonization technology needs of color set the temperature, pressure and other external conditions, vacuum the bamboo carbonization shrinkage and corrosion properties of anti-bend, multi-angle aware of bamboo in Home Buildings. Hope that the quality of bamboo products can be better and better, be able to play a greater role for the building of the environment-friendly society in the future.
