摘 要
新农村建设中最关心的是“三农”问题，而“三农”问题的核心则是教育问题。在新农村建设的大背景下，如何提高农民素质，提高农村教育水平将是人们研究的热点问题。信息技术的蓬勃发展与广泛应用对人类社会生活和经济生活产生了根本性的、普遍的影响，同样也对新农村教育产生了重大影响。浙江省新农村建设正如火如荼地展开着，而信息技术在其中能够发挥怎样的作用，作为信息技术工作者是值得探究的。本文作为浙江省哲学社会科学规划课题《新农村教育服务系统中信息技术应用的有效性研究》的子课题，通过对两个具有代表性县市山区学校在教育服务系统中信息技术应用部分的调查，用有效性的准确数据反映当前存在的问题，并且提出相应的对策，为新农村教育服务系统更趋完善，以及更好地服务于新农村建设。

ABSTRACT
The "three-Nong" problem is the most concerned problem in the construction of new rural areas. And education is the core of the "three-Nong" problem. Under the new building of the rural background, how to improve the quality of the peasants, improve rural education standards will be put on the hot issues. The quick development and wide application of information technology have had a fundamental, general impact on lives of human society and economic lives .The new rural construction of Zhejiang Province is taking place deeply, but how can information technology act? It is really worthy doing some research on it as a information technology worker. This thesis is as the smaller subject to the subject of Zhejiang Province Philosophy Society and Science project<effectiveness research on information technology application on new rural educationservice system>. Through the two representative cities mountain school education system the application of information technology to the status of the investigation, effectiveness of the use of accurate data reflect current problems, and to provide appropriate countermeasures the benefit of the new system of rural education services to refine and better services to the new rural construction.
