摘 要
后现代主义经过四十多年的发展，早已成长为国际性的社会和文化思潮，对社会各领域都产生了深刻的影响，引发了后现代主义对现代社会工作理论的批判和反思，90年代以来的社会工作理论和实践更是呈现出明显的后现代主义的社会建构取向。本课题试以后现代视角对中国社会工作理论和技术的反思，推动中国社会工作的本土化，强调重视边缘弱势群体社会工作，注重社会工作价值观培养，促进中国社会工作的专业化和职业化。

Abstract
After 40-yeardevelopment, postmodernism has already grown into an international social and cultural tide. It has a profound impact on various fields. As a result, people become reflecting and criticizing modernism from a postmodern perspective. Theories and practice of social work since 1990s take the trend of postmodernism and constructionism. The research reflects social work theory and techniques in China and emphasizes on social work professionalization and occcupationalization in China，Promoting China‘s social work of the localization and stressed that attention to vulnerable groups brink of social work, values-oriented social work training, to promote China’s social work specialization and professionalization.
