浅析当代大学生的就业自卑心理

摘 要

随着就业制度的改革以及高校持续扩招,近几年大学生就业形式日趋严峻。面对就业压力,部分大学生出现了严重就业自卑心理,甚至有学生因严重的就业自卑心理造成了价值观发生倾斜,行为偏离社会规范,甚至越过犯罪警戒线。在近几年的一些相关报道中,由于这种不良心理调适不当或者没有得到及时有效的调适和疏导而导致的大学生犯罪现象也数见不鲜。为促进大学生身心健康发展、预防极端行为、引导大学生健康成长,本文以开放式问卷调查作为手段,调查研究了贵州大学大学生就业的心理特点、成因并提出调适措施,对大学生个人健康、学校建设和国家稳定都有重要的现实意义。

Brief analysis Contemporary university student’s employment inferiority complex

--Take Guizhou University students as the example

Abstract

With the reforming of employment system and continued increased enrollment of universities in recent years, college students increasingly face severe forms of employment. With employment pressure, some students get serious mental inferiority. Part of them lost value judgment, their action deviate from social norms, and even they commit a crime due to this. Lately in a number of relevant reports, the phenomenon of crime by students is not fresh. Because of such misconduct or psychological adjustment has not been timely and effective adaptation in order to promote the development of physical and mental health of college students, prevent extremism and guide the healthy growth of university students, this article investigate the psychological characteristics of Guizhou University Graduate and the causes, then carry out measures to improve the situation, according to questionnaire survey which mad by author. It will be significant to school construction and national stability.
