基于业务流程重组的ERP实施与应用

摘 要

随着信息技术的发展和全球经济的一体化,越来越多的企业实施了ERP系统,对大型企业来说,ERP系统有助于加强企业的管理,在3C(Customer、Competition、Change)环境下快速的信息传递能够有效满足客户的需求。从订货点法到现在的ERP系统,期间经历了 MRP、MRPⅡ等环节,企业管理者们在探索管理之道上进行了种种尝试,新事物的诞生总是伴随着失败,就国内企业实施ERP系统而言,失败的例子比比皆是,把握成功实施ERP的要点成为中国企业突破瓶颈的关键。

本文分析了ERP系统的特点以及与ERP系统的实施过程中关系密切的一个环节——业务流程重组,探讨ERP的实施和基于业务流程重组的ERP实施过程。结合A公司实施ERP系统的实例,阐述业务流程重组在ERP实施过程中的作用,揭示了BPR是ERP实施的前提和基础以及ERP实施是BPR的保障这一相辅相成的关系,只有ERP与BPR的结合才能发挥企业管理的最佳作用。

本文共六章,第一章是引言主要介绍选题背景;第二章介绍ERP和BPR的产生发展和实施的一些原则;第三章阐述ERP和BPR两者的关系以及构建基于BPR的ERP实施方案;第四章和第五章详细探讨了A公司基于BPR的ERP实施过程;第六章是论文的总结和展望ERP和BPR的发展。

ABSTRACT

As information technology’s development and global economic integration,more and more enterprises Implement ERP system. For large enterprises, ERP system Contribute to enhance their management. Environment in the 3C Rapid transmission of information can meet the Demand of customers. From the order point method to the current ERP system, it has experienced during the MRP, MRPⅡ and other links. Business managers try to explore new management. The births of new things are always accompanied by failure, on domestic enterprises to implement ERP systems. Examples are abounding of failure. Grasping the main points of the successful implementation of ERP is the key to Chinese enterprises to break through the bottleneck.

In This article, we analysis the characteristics of ERP systems and a part of the process of ERP system implementation which close to it process - Business Process Reengineering. Discuss the implementation of ERP and the ERP-based business process reengineering implementation. Combine the example of A company, elaborate the effect of business process reengineering in the role of ERP implementation process. It reveals the complementary relationship that the implementation of BPR is the prerequisite and basis for ERP and the implementation of ERP is the protection of BPR. Only the combination of ERP and BPR can play the best role of business management.

This article has six chapters; the first chapter introduces the research background introduction. The second chapter describes the development of ERP and BPR and a number of principles for implementation. The third chapter describes the relationship between ERP and BPR and constructs the ERP implementation plan based on BPR. The fourth and fifth chapters discuss the company A’s ERP implementation process based on BPR in detail. The sixth chapter Look ahead to the development of ERP and BPR.
