农副产品物流园区建设以及管理问题研究——以杭州农副产品物流中心为例
内 容 摘 要
为应对国际金融危机的影响，落实党中央、国务院保增长、扩内需、调结构的总体要求，促进物流业平稳较快发展，培育新的经济增长点，最近，国务院印发了《物流业调整和振兴规划》，并将现代物流业列入了国家十大重点产业之一。该规划明确了物流园区工程、大宗商品和农村物流工程等九项重点工程。因此关注物流园区的建设和管理是非常重要的。
本文拟以杭州农副产品物流中心为例，结合有关部门进行的全国性调查情况，从农副产品物流园区建设的必要性和可行性、农副产品物流园区建设以及管理的重点、粮食大宗商品物流工程建设以及管理的重点等三个方面来展开研究，希望能对我国农副产品物流园区建设以及管理问题的研究和实践起到一些补充和促进作用。

ABSTRACT
To cope with the international financial crisis, the implementation of the CPC Central Committee and State Council‘s security growth, expanding domestic demand, the structure of the general requirements of transfer, and promote stable and rapid development of the logistics industry to foster new economic growth points, most recently, the State Council issued the "adjustment of the logistics industry and revitalization planning ", and the inclusion of modern logistics industry in the country one of the top ten key industries. The planning of the logistics park projects clear, bulk commodities and logistics projects in rural areas of nine major projects.
This article is intended to be a logistics center in Hangzhou as an example of agricultural and sideline products, combined with the relevant departments of the national survey, the Logistics Park from agricultural by-products of the necessity and feasibility of the construction of agricultural and sideline products, as well as logistics park management focus, food commodity logistics projects and management to focus on three aspects of the study, hoping to farm on China’s logistics parks as well as the management of research and practice and play some additional role.
