摘 要
多元回归分析是一种重要的统计分析方法，但复杂的计算给分析方法的推广应用带来困难。本文通过一个案例（应用Matlab预测员工工资）系统探讨了回归方法建模的全过程，介绍如何利用MATLAB软件建立初步的回归方程、解读输出结果以及如何对模型进行精细分析和改进。最后还研究了含有交叉项的回归方程如何通过逐步回归求解。我的方法是选用MATLAB的回归分析来优化分析此问题。

Abstract
Multiple regression analysis is an important method of statistical analysis, but the complex calculations to the promotion and application of analytical methods difficult.
