摘 要
教育技术学的实质是用技术的手段来优化教育、教学过程，所以教育技术学专业就不能只关注纯粹的技术与手段，而不研究教育教学的全过程和怎样实现人的全面协调发展等问题。从人文主义观点出发，教育教学是寓人创造性劳动的活动，而创造性劳动的实质是人自身价值的实现。从人本质对象化这个结果出发，过分抽象强调人与技术的关系必然导致唯技术论，而教育是培养人的一种活动，要培养的是一个全面和谐发展的人，使他们的知、情、信、意、行等各方面都获得发展的人，所以，在教育技术学在教学中的作用越来越重要的今天，以提高教育教学效率为目的的教育技术学专业必强化人文思想的渗透，只有这样才能有利于培养全面发展的人和有利于学生知、情、信、意、行的协调发展。本文从教育技术学的现状出发，结合目前各高校教育技术学专业课程的设置，来研究人文因素在教育技术学中的作用及其不可或缺性，从而对如何实现人文课程在教育技术学课程体系中的地位提出建议。

ABSTRACT
The essence of educational technology is use the technology to optimizes the education and the process of education, so the field of educational technology should not only concern to solely technology and method. Beside that, we should consider the whole process of education and teaching school, and how to achieve the comprehensive development of one person. Start from the view of humanities doctrine, education is a activity which gives a person creation. And the essence of creation is to achieve to one’s own value. Our target is to foster an all-round person. So the position of educational technology is education is more and more important. That’s how can we put kinds of technology in education, and make the education more effective. We put element of humanities in educational technology so that we push educational technology in a new develop extent. This article is start from the present situation of educational technology, and combine some university’s educational technology major, to research the important position of humanity element.
