摘 要
生产现场管理一直受到企业管理者的重视，通过合理的现场管理，改善现场存在的问题，提高现场运作的效率，可以大大提高工人的工作热情，降低企业生产成本，因此现场管理及改善是企业不断提高其竞争力的有效手段之一。
本文主要是在介绍了约束理论和丰田生产方式相关概念的基础上，对具体企业进行分析，找出企业中存在的主要问题，然后提出改进方案，使得企业的效率和效益得到提高。
本文共分为四章，其中第一章主要介绍了国内外生产管理的现状并提出了论文的基本结构；第二章介绍了TOC和TPS的基本理念；第三章主要是对XXX企业进行实际分析和改进；第四章主要论文的总结和展望。
关键词：约束理论，丰田生产方式，现场改善
ABSTRACT
Production site management has been taken attention by the managers; reasonable on-site management might improve the existing problems, improve site efficiency, improve its workers, and reduce production costs. So on-site management and continuously improve the enterprise effective means of improving their competitiveness.
This article analysizes the production status of an enterprise and then put forward the improvement method for the enterprise to improve their efficiency and performance based on the concept of TOC and TPS.
This article is divided into four charpters. The first chapter introduce the status of production site management both at home and abroad; the second chapter introdcues the idea of TOC and TPS; the third chapter studies an enterprise and put forwards some opinions; the last chapter is the conculsion to this paper.
