小分子减水剂的合成及性能研究

摘 要:本文研究了甲氧基聚乙二醇/马来酸酐酯化反应,此反应产物可作为小分子减水剂。详细考察了反应时间、温度、MPEG的分子量、原料摩尔比、及催化剂用量等因素对马来酸酐和甲氧基聚乙二醇酯化率的影响,从而确定了最佳工艺条件。

通过红外表征了酯化产物的结构,对反应因素(反应时间、温度、MPEG的分子量、原料摩尔比、及催化剂用量等)进行正交分析,并且计算了活化能。同时初步研究了酯化产物在水泥中作为小分子减水剂的应用效果,并得到较好的减水效果。

Abstract: The reaction of esterification from methoxy polyethylene glycol (MPEG) and maleic anhydride were studied in this article, and the product can be used as small water-reducing agent .The effects of time, temperature, molecular weight of MPEG and the feed ratio on the esterification degree of methoxy polyethylene glycol and maleic anhydride were investigated in details, and then the optimum reaction condition was determined.

The structure of product was characterized by IR, the reaction conditions such as time, temperature, weight of MPEG, the feed ratio etc were analyzed by orthogonal method.The activation energy was obtained. Meanwhile the application of product as water-reducing agent was explored, and get a good result .
